The teacher asks a question
wondering who will answer,
You can see them thinking in their heads.
Wondering who will raise their hand first.
They know the answer, but they
do not say
The teacher asked the question again
Not a response in the room.
Why do they not answer
It is a common question with a common answer.
They teacher tells them the answer
and all the students said "I know that"
"That was easy"
The teacher sighs and shakes her head.
