Untitled

by Hayden Hammons

The teacher asks a question
I lower my head so she won’t
Call upon me to answer
Because I have no clue.
The teacher skims the
Class looking for a victim of her choice.
She has a smirk on her face as she enjoys
The torment.
Her eyes stop upon
Me as she sees me
Sulk my head into
My arms and calls
Me to answer.
