Writing Night

For the Writing Night, students and parents gathered at a local coffee shop. Using an old family photo of their choosing, the family teams were inspired and produced some great poems based on shared memory and experience. It was a fun way to spend the evening, bring poetry out of the classroom and into the world, and help families to share the joy of poetry!
